Automotive mode:
Damaged product must be claimed by the carrier which is not included in the complaint process, if the carriers don't meet the claim, Notify service representatives to submit complaints.


Sea transportation mode:
If any problems, customers fill out accident notice, directly report to the insurance company and issue survey report.
Collect evidence and submit to the service complaint procedure.
The photos of damaged product must be taken against the background of container.

Rail transport mode:
If abnormal phenomenon appears, it needs the record provided by rail sector, damaged quantity must be described clearly in the Record, then submit to the factory transportation for handling.

If there are objections to the results,then you can complaint through procedure.


Note:Complaint will not be accepted if the products are fetched  by customer themselves.
